What the ?>?!

OK so Dex is down 4! AHA! What the heck! He was so excited. I hope your first week went well. Not as well as Dexton's, but well. I'm down 1 and Doug is also down 1.

The face the scale blog is a group of my ward members and their friends. We meet once a week for support. That's where we share tips like not picking the closest parking spot and exercises to do while sitting in church.

Dexton!
Way to go, Big D! It's not going to be easy, but hang in the with the big dogs (us). You could win some good money, but it'll be hard. Daniel once went for a year without candy. It was hard, and I think he almost cried around Christmas, but he did it! You can too.
Remember, some weeks will go up, then some down. You just need to make sure that when you add the last three weeks up, it should show you are losing!
