Breakfast is Served

Dexton came into our room this morning to wake us up. When we got up and came to the kitchen Dexton says "Breakfast is Served",we realized he had cooked eggs and toast for breakfast. I've showed him how to follow recipes and helped him cook stuff before but I didn't think it was enough for him to be able to pull this off. We had no idea he was cooking eggs on the gas stove. When this sank in my stomach flipped. He could have burnt himself or worse. When I asked him how he knew how to cook eggs He said he followed the recipe. I guess I had a blank face because he went and got the book and flipped to the page and sure enough there was a recipe for scrambled eggs. Shows how much I cook. He did such a good job. Eggs are hard to cook. I know! It just shows that he is getting older. Ah man, that means so am . . . . wait no, is DOUG! Dex you are awesome and I luv ya! Luv MOM
